  • Handle customer queries via calls or emails professionally.
  • Resolve issues and provide accurate information promptly.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
  • Collaborate with teams to improve support processes.

    Requirements:
    • Inbound customer service + Upselling Banking products Graduate Fresher 2023 + Hard copy results + Degree certificate can apply
    • Max up to Graduate fresher 3 L.P.A
    • Experience 3.5 LPA
    • Week off - 6 Rotational week off
    • Age limit - 30
    • Need 1 Year customer service exp mandatory employment Gap won't be considered
    • Need Good Comms
    • Location - Airoli
