About the role
A Tier-1 automotive components manufacturer in Chakan is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations, drive productivity improvements and ensure quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production as per schedule
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety and 5S standards
- Lead a team of 40+ operators and technicians
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and lean practices
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in automotive or engineering manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean tools, TPM and quality systems (IATF 16949)
- Strong people management skills
